1. Drilling holes

2. Set up the grill

3. Observed temperature
Insert a thermometer into the eye in the middle of the barrel. The ideal temperature is generally between 200 and 300 degrees, so the control of temperature is very important. "The faster the air circulates, the higher the temperature of the fire," and "air circulation is essential for barbecue.". Therefore, when the temperature is too high, plug the air circulation hole, and then pull the plug out after the temperature drops.
